Kommentar The course discusses papers shaping modern corporate-finance theory, with a focus on capital structure, corporate investment, financial constraints, and credit risk. It starts with seminal classics and stretches to the current frontier of research. Students will acquire in-depth familiarity with the classic models and implement some of them in the bi-weekly accompanying tutorials. (PhD-level)
