This course provides students with the skills necessary to deliver an effective presentation and at the same time gives them the opportunity to examine trends which have shaped British culture and society in the early twenty-first century. Exploring a wide range of areas including literature, film, fashion, sports and popular music, students will investigate key movements and issues, take part in critical discussions and prepare a 20-minute presentation on a particular aspect of life in Great Britain.
