Students, who cannot register via Agnes because they have not received their student ID numbers (Immatrikulationsnummer) by October 12, 2012, as well as students with special needs (Härtefallregelung) please register for this class via e-mail: george.smith@staff.hu-berlin.de. Please list all courses you can attend. Please DO NOT register via e-mail, if you can register via Agnes!! This introductory course provides an overview of the core areas of linguistics (phonetics, phonology, morphology, syntax, and semantics). Students will be given exercises in which they can apply theoretical concepts to concrete linguistic data. This course also prepares for the MAP in Module 1. |
