Language Awareness: Learning Language with Literature - Detailseite

Short stories by famous American, British and Irish authors form the basis for this course. Each short story is a complete unit within itself which can be deconstructed quite easily and effectively for the purpose of practical grammatical analysis and language acquisition. By examining authentic literary texts, students have the opportunity to see how different writers have their own unique way of using language, structure and form to create a particular style and can apply this to their class assignments and essays.
