This class is designed to give participants the opportunity to read about and discuss current events in the U.S., whether political developments, social and cultural developments, or issues of general interest. Participants will complete weekly readings at home, take part in discussions, and write short weekly essays. One in-class presentation is required. Attend the first class meeting on April 14 to receive a place in the course. |
