The seminar is dedicated to the interrelation of law and technology in the era of mass democracy. It puts into perspective the concept of the digitalisation processes from a critical point of view. The course will provide an overview of the various areas of law covering the following topics: Data rights, intellectual property and digital technologies, net neutrality and digital human rights.
The course is focused on research and it has been adapted to happen on a hybrid format (online/in presence).
