IT Project managers are responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of IT projects. As true leaders, they must have the fundamental knowledge to successfully guide a project.Upon module completion, students will acquire essential and foundational knowledge across different areas of project management. Among other aspects, they will explore strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk management that define the backbone of IT projects. The project management exercise is designed to apply the knowledge presented in the lecture to a real-world use case.
