This course aims to help students understand and use general and discipline-specific vocabulary at university level, combining independent study and class activities. It provides ample opportunity to encounter the selected vocabulary in authentic academic texts and to practise deploying it in different types of written exercises. On completion of the course, students will be able to make efficient use of strategies of their own devising for text production. |
