Select two lectures (Work, Organisation) AND one seminar out of two (Work, Technology & Organisation) + pass exam!
The future of work is addressed in the context of automation, globalisation and debates of the New Work Movement. Each week, a different guest lecturer will highlight a unique facet. The topics are interdisciplinary (psychology, sociology, philosophy, economics and technical sciences). The professional focus, however, will always be psychological. A special feature: from the second date onwards, the lecture will be held as an Open Lecture as part of the third mission of the universities, so that guests from outside the university can attend. (All registered participants will receive the moodle password via e-mail at the start of the semester.)
