The seminar is dedicated to the legal aspects of the policy term „Digital Sovereignity“ in Europe. Digital sovereignty is the ability and freedom states, organizations and citizens have to freely act and perform in the digital world. The course will provide an overview of the various areas of law covering the following topics: Data rights, intellectual property and digital technologies, net neutrality and digital human rights.
The course is focused on research and it has been adapted to happen completely online.
