The seminar is dedicated to the legal aspects of the topic „Digitalisation and Institutions" in a European Context. It is a Blended Learning Course. The core of the course is the Summer School in Athens, which will take place from 5-9 September 2022. Before that, during the summer term in Berlin, there will be 4 digital seminars in preparation of the presence phase in Athens. The students will be invited to get to know emerging research fields in the digital world, to comment and discuss with selected scholars. The course will provide a better understanding of the implications of the new digital era for the traditional legal fields. A detailed programme has been provided to enrolled participants.
