For some panic-inducing or a mere buzzword, for others the very core of good pedagogy, inclusion is an issue that teachers undoubtedly need to understand. In this course, students work to improve their own spoken and written English via discussion and short reflection papers on various aspects connected to inclusion in the context of English language teaching. We focus on subject-specific vocabulary, inclusive language and class dialogue, and exchange practical lesson ideas for addressing certain needs.
