Selected current research topics in labor economics and macroeconomics are discussed in class, with literature search, replication or original research cumulating in a paper on one assigned topic. This seminar is a prerequisite for preparation of a master’s thesis under the supervision of Prof Burda and requires his prior approval. A mandatory component of the seminar is an ungraded presentation.
