In this seminar you will learn the main aspects of software law in the EU, mainly topics as license compliance, software agreements, patents and trademarks, free and open source software, artificial intelligence and internet of things.
The seminar will be offered in a “blended learning format”. It will consist of an online module and lectures that will be held on a monthly basis.
The online module will be fundamentally research-oriented. The participants should prepare a paper and orally present the results of the research. For this purpose, Moodle and the HU BigBlueButton instance will be used for this purpose.
Once a month a lecture will be held on-site. In each lecture, the general topics of each section of the course will be covered by Dr. Lucas Lasota or external speakers. |
