This course provides students the opportunity to focus on the skills necessary to deliver an effective presentation in an academic context. A persuasive/argumentative presentation on a literary topic as well as peer evaluation will enable participants to practice their skills in terms of topic development, structure and organization, content, and delivery, in addition to further developing their language skills (e.g. vocabulary development, language formality, etc.).
