The aim of this Seminar is to provide an introduction to a range of social anthropological and European ethnological perspectives and approaches through the lens of research on heritage. As such, the focus will be on themes that are important for broader social and cultural understanding, and that have been and continue to be the subject of various theoretical and methodological approaches. The Seminar will introduce a range of analytical concepts and theoretical perspectives through focus on specific topics and studies of tangible and intangible, cultural and natural, heritage.
Das Ziel dieses Seminars ist es, eine Einführung in eine Reihe von Perspektiven und Ansätzen der Sozialanthropologie und der europäisch Ethnologie Perspektiven durch die Linse der Forschung zum ‘Heritage’ zu geben. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf Themen, die für ein breiteres soziales und kulturelles Verständnis wichtig sind, und die Gegenstand verschiedener theoretischer und methodologischer Ansätze waren und sind. Das Seminar wird eine Reihe von analytischen Konzepten und theoretischen Perspektiven durch den Fokus auf spezifische Themen und Studien der materiellen und immateriellen, kulturellen und natürlichen, Erbe einzuführen.
