The seminar is dedicated to contemporary topics of software licensing with focus on European contract law and copyright law. Aspects of artificial intelligence, IoT (Internet of Things), FOSS (Free & Open Source Software), Cloud Computing and License Compliance will be also discussed. The aim of the seminar is, among others, to debate the basics aspects of software license agreements in the context of intellectual property rights protection.
