This course focuses on important contemporary issues concerning civil liberties and political, economic, and social developments in the U.S. Participants will complete weekly readings at home, take part in written online discussions, and write a weekly response to discussion questions. This course will include one introductory Zoom meeting on Nov. 3, but will otherwise be taught asynchronously. Number of participants limited to 16.
