Introduction to Academic Writing has been cancelled. A new Oral Skills class offered instead. title: Holding Academic Presentations CONFERENCE SKILLS
This class aims to develop students’ versatility in spontaneous yet clear and logical speech as well as delivering prepared academic contributions and presenting longer academic papers. The topics will focus on academically relevant issues and allow students to adopt different roles pertinent to seminar discussions and academic presentation contexts. Coursework is based on the preparation of and active participation in classes. Mostly online zoom classes.
