Selected current research topics in labor economics and macroeconomics are discussed in class, with literature search, replication or original research cumulating in a paper on one assigned topic. May also be used for preparation of a master’s thesis with prior approval of the instructor.
A component of the seminar is an ungraded presentation and a written pre-paper that are prerequisites for turning in a final paper.
