Social Psychology in Organizations
Preconditions: none
Select two lectures (Work, Organisation) AND one seminar out of two (Work, Technology & Organisation) + pass exam!
The lecture will show how social psychology can be applied to organizations. It will focus on interpersonal and intergroup processes in organizations and analyze phenomena such as performance and decision making in teams, cooperations and competition, leadership, diversity, and discrimination.
