Learning objectives: The module offers seminars on current topics in different domains in psychology. The students gain insight into current scientific questions in psychological research from different perspectives and are able to critically evaluate the literature. As such, students acquire the abilities for independent judgement of research in an interdisciplinary context.
Group and Team Effectiveness – Due to Agile Transformation and New Work there is a renaissance of teamwork in organizations. The modern vocabulary in this filed is Agility, Self-Organization, Shared Leadership or Empowerment. In this seminar we will explore the factors and preconditions for team effectiveness like group size, group composition, psychological safety. The seminar follows a systemic and group dynamic approach with real group challenges, discussions and self-reflection. |
