Historiografische Arbeit im Netz: Digitale Ressourcen, Recherche, Kommunikation, Präsentation - Detailseite

Die Studierenden sollen in der Übung über gruppenbezogene Projektarbeit alle Stufen des Prozesses wissenschaftlicher Arbeit durchlaufen (Konzeption, Recherche, Analyse und Interpretation, Präsentation). Besonderer Schwerpunkt des Kurses liegt auf den Möglichkeiten und Herausforderungen historiographischer Arbeit im Zeitalter des Web 2.0. Im Kurs werden Kenntnisse über verschiedene digitale Forschungstools, diverse Möglichkeiten der Literatur- und Quellenrecherche im Internet sowie elementare Hinweise zur wissenschaftlichen Präsentation und Kommunikation im Internet vermittelt und praktisch umgesetzt. Genutzt werden dabei bestehende frei / kostenlos bzw. mit den Lizenzen der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin verfügbare digitale Ressourcen (Literaturverwaltungsanwendungen, Online-Verzeichnisse, Repositorien etc.). Die vorgesehenen Projektthemen behandeln Aspekte südosteuropäischer Geschichte des 20. Jahrhunderts. Kenntnisse der regionalen Sprachen sind willkommen, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich. Die Bereitschaft, englische Texte zu lesen, wird erwartet.
