This seminar is aimed at MA Education students who want to strengthen their understanding of learning in the digital age and explore how digital technology can transform the teaching as well as learning experience. The application of modern technology for classroom instructions represents a significant advance in contemporary teaching methods, including the teaching of English in a classroom setting. Quite a few language teachers nowadays actively incorporate a range of technological aids designed to facilitate optimum teaching delivery. This course increases your knowledge of digital technologies as resources for learning. You will evaluate the use of such technologies in educational contexts and assess how these technologies can be implemented in various scenarios.
