This course helps participants build and strengthen their professional network in a purposeful and authentic way. The focus lies on understanding the role of networking in career development, identifying relevant contacts, and approaching peers, mentors, and professionals with confidence.
Participants reflect on their existing network, define personal networking goals, and learn key strategies such as informational interviewing. They develop and practice a compelling elevator pitch, explore effective outreach communication, and gain insights into digital networking and professional online presence.
Through practical exercises and feedback, the course equips participants with concrete tools to initiate meaningful professional relationships and to strategically expand and maintain their network.
