Do you need help setting up and delivering course presentations in English at the HU? Are you planning on attending and presenting at academic conferences? Do you anticipate using English on the job after you graduate? This course is designed to help you organize and present information in an interesting and effective way, whether you want to inform your audience about the latest academic developments, convince your classmates of your thesis, or sell your ideas or products. Students will give three oral presentations in class. Number of students limited to 15. Attend class on the first day (Oct. 20) to receive a place in the course. Intended for MA Amerikanistik students; others admitted if space available. |
